The main results
  • Develops the concept of the epistemological content of the computer revolution, treating it as a collection associated with intensive development and increasingly widespread use of computers changes in methods of production and use of knowledge, reflection on knowledge, its perspectives and directions. The author reveals the importance of modern models of knowledge representation in the systems of arts, intelligence for the development of philosophical teachings on the concept
  • Reconstructs the domestic tradition of ethical reflection on technique in works in "applied" ethics , introduces into scientific circulation the materials related to the ethical discussions in Russian engineering societies of the early twentieth century, provides a comparative analysis of the content and conditions of development of engineering ethics in Russia and the USA
