Major publications for 2020Annotation: Communicatively-cognitive and projective activity of a person always relies on the processes actually occurring in nature, has an ontological basis. Therefore, the creation of new objects was associated with the properties of natural material, creating a new point of support for a person in development. And the bolder his projections were, the more important the preservation of this connection became. The environmental compatibility of complex technical systems is the goal of construction, a conscious, but difficult task. The key to such a natural orientation in the culture of the modern world and a complexly organized society is a person who carries all the secrets of natural development. Therefore, the post-non-classical approach highlighted in the science of acad. V.S. Steppin, who draws attention to the principle of human dimension, is an important trend in modern research practice, fixing attention to the relationship of a person with the technological systems generated by him. In an effort to solve the problems of the future, he equips his life with devices that support him, enhancing functionality. And this forms a new cultural space and, accordingly, a new level of human development. Modern digital systems, robotics have great energy potential for creating communication technologies and new environments, increasing the speed of communication, making the remote close. This is claimed and perceived by many as an expansion of freedom, being essentially a response to a person’s natural need to attract attention, expand influence, and also be heard and understood. The risks of expanding communications do not stop, and even the attention of a simple robot touches many to the core. And digital systems that calculate human needs without much labor are perceived as carriers of good, intelligence and intellect. These are new risks and we must learn to work with them, distinguishing between the horizons of the development of digital systems and the human brain, which until now has contributed to the successful development of technology to preserve human culture. Digital Humanities:Interdisciplinary Strategies for the Future Annotation: The article discusses the formation of an important area of modern knowledge — digital humanities, which focuses on the problems of human development and education in a dynamically transforming society. The culture of networked virtual communications is created in the light of interdisciplinary knowledge, which generates a new cognitive world view of a creatively acting person, integral concepts that include human-sized hi-tech algorithms. In philosophical and methodological terms, it is important to identify the problematic nature of such an ontological conjugation, as well as to implement the principle of conformity to nature in the scientific approach. This principle is crucial for the development of strategies for the future. Keywords: digital humanities; human creativity; interdisciplinarity; algorithm of the future; risks of hi-tech development; human dimension; human-sizedness; conformity to nature DOI: https://dx.doi.org/10.17805/ggz.2020.2.1; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-5432-9723; https://journals.mosgu.ru/ggz/issue/view/81/showToc Potential of digital technologies and problems of human creativity Annotation: In an effort to realize their ideas, a person develops natural communications, where it is possible to get a lot of resources. Nature is the guarantor of its autopoiesis, the complication of connections, and the development of intelligence. At the same time, through culture, the development of digital technologies, and network interactions, people strengthen their creative potential, expanding their own development opportunities. The modern world, saturated with dynamic processes of transformation, formats a person, influencing him more than ever, but the person himself seeks to manage his own natural potential, master digital communication technologies, developing creative interactions and communications. One of the acute problems is the resource base for the development of human intelligence, the human brain, its connection with the morphological level of the organism's existence. At the same time, the communications of a person who owns digital technologies and creates a virtually new cultural space are very poorly understood by him. In the culture, there is a logic that carries risks, which creates a person's experience of awareness of the external results of technical creativity, but at the same time ignores, excludes the person himself. This self-understanding creates a contradiction, when natural autopoiesis holds the human intellect, and culture fixes the principle of losing this valuable property of the individual. This crisis manifests itself in the spread of ideas of transhumanism in the world community, which brings an increase in disregard for the natural human intelligence, as well as the desire to develop a motive for everyone to turn themselves into an object of experimentation, self-transformation into a technical device. Creating the future through unique functional Hi-tech extensions, a person is able to create their own development conditions through updating technologies, find the principles of updating development models to harmonize relations in nature and culture. Keywords: human, intelligence, nature, network communications, Hi-tech extensions, creativity, digital technologies.
Major publications for 2019 The Phenomenon of Human Self-development:Kinesiology as a Body Thesauru Annotation: The article examines the issue of self-development of a person. Autopoiesis is a natural phenomenon, but it requires constant efforts, conscious work, and a goal. The objective side of kinesiology is an active movement. This is deliberate muscular activity, when the body expresses itself, as does the language, helping the person to express his/her condition and to move towards the goal. And in order to have a beautiful and correct speech, it is important to keep fit and to have one’s own set of exercises that help you to be healthy, active and balanced as well as to achieve results in solving problems. Keywords: self-development; movement; body; health; help; kinesiology; thesaurus; body thesaurus
Creative human development and audiovisual technology in modern education Annotation: The forms of human communication, which are called “creative,” are associated with the image of freedom and the ability of creative people to act according to their will. Therefore, it was a very desirable state and with time itself became not only a tool, but also a subject of knowledge. The extraordinary abilities of the child became evidence of his creative abilities, so many sought to put children on the opportunity to engage in creative affairs in order to be successful and deserve universal recognition. And when problems arise in the community, everyone relies on the creative abilities of a person, the ability to find new solutions in unusual situations, understanding this ability as a magical resource that needs to be developed and maintained. But behind creativity is largely a long history of the accumulation by generations of people of the experience of daily overcoming obstacles, reliance on their own strength and persistent aspiration towards the goal. Key words: creativity, human, digital technologies, phylogenesis, interactive communications, visual and auditory extensions.
Creation of digital peripherals and virtual environments:ethical and legal aspects Annotation. Within the framework of modern scientific communities, it is supposed to discuss and solve topical problems related to something new, relevant, attractive, but rarely are problems raised that need to be specifically identified, brought to light, to be discussed, to provide for their significance for development prospects. In essence, these are ethical aspects of human relationships, which are implicitly changing in the conditions of digital communications and that acquire new meanings and perspectives that need to be realized. Keywords: man, game, functional extensions, risks, digital peripherals, ethics, law. A man in the grip or on the wings of digital technology Annotation. Science in its classical version, which is a system of human research standards in a natural, natural environment, reflected the environment itself, but not the person who studied it, which was fixed in the methodology, in fact, in the human worldview. The picture of the world had an eliminated person. But along with this, in philosophical and humanitarian discourse, he was constantly trying to restore it, showing how much knowledge depended on the subject, the person. V.S. Stepin, who studied scientific rationality, in his concept of the rationality of the post-non-classical type, considered the possibility of developing a human-sized approach. In this case, a person has the potential to be not just a “human factor”, lost among the rapidly developing technologies, but an internal system of scientific development that is methodologically integrated into research, integrating from the very first steps research of value-humanitarian and technological approaches, which is especially important with the modern development of dynamic digital technologies. The principle of human dimension will allow a person in the process of his creative development to avoid dependence on digital gadgets and virtual networks, and having mastered new technologies as a development tool, he will be able to enrich his own intellectual potential. Keywords: scientific rationality, post-non-classical, human dimensionality, “human factor”, digital technologies, value criteria, intelligence.
Major publications for 2018 The phenomenon of digital humanitaristics and human dimension of science Abstract of paper: The dramatic development of modern science is associated with the rapid renewal of resources and technologies, the need to create new principles for understanding the prospects for development. It is actual to use the post-nonclassical, human- dimensional approach to understand the functioning of intelligent machine systems, the possibilities of man's creative activity both in networked communication environments, and in the conditions of digital individual production. A person finds himself at the center of the formation of new systems of scientific knowledge, creating the phenomenon of digital humanitarism, increasingly showing its own potential for self-transformation. Keywords: creativity, post-non-classical, human dimension, network communications, digital humanities.

1. THE PHILOSOPHY OF THE TOOL: TOOLS AND WEAPONS OF WAR Abstract. Human life is filled with dreams of a beautiful future of peace, tranquility, good. And it is not primarily because reality constantly generates confrontation, conflict, struggle, small and big wars. The problem of finding mechanisms in real life, when people have been the instrument of the invention, the conversion of the world to live, but do not become a weapon of war. Keywords: man, communication, intelligence, tools, guns, weapons Citation: The philosophy of the tool: tools and weapons of war: the philosophy of war and peace / On the 70th anniversary of the great victory: materials of all-russian scientific-practical conference "the philosophy of war and peace: the 70th anniversary of victory in the great patriotic war." 2. TECHNOLOGIES OF CULTURE: THE SYNERGY OF NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL IN THE CREATIVE ACTIVITY OF A PERSON Abstract. This article reviews the issue of human potential in the development of contemporary society, which can be fulfi lled basing on culture, knowledge, and technology. In its turn, this creates a phenomenon, studied in the framework of the postnonclassical scientifi c approach,of cultural and humanitarian technologies. The person, using the power of intelligence and creative activity, makes the subject and communicative fi eld, enriches the reality, reveals as both individual and social power, as spontaneous and mediated creature, as autopoethic system, living not only in the present, but also in the future. These problems are actual because of the formation of modern communicative space and renewal of the objective world by digital objects, prototyping technologies, and virtual space. In the center of attention, there are the new aspects of the problem of transformation of the artifi - cial into the natural, as a phenomenon of creative orientation of a person beyond the horizon of possible, when the goal’s attractor and its orientation to the future create the social dynamic and the synergetic process (cooperation and coordination) while overcoming the existing boundaries. The article analyzes the specifi c socio-cultural phenomena that demonstrate the fundamental importance of the natural human intelligence for overcoming the risks of modern development of the objective and virtual spaces. It is demonstrated that the idea of physical and digital mobility, as well as the self-transformation of a person, requires a more extensive understanding of the basic natural parameters of individual’s existence and development of the human-measured approach in postnonclassical methodology.
