Dear Professor Scarantino,
I write this letter on behalf of the Indian Philosophical Congress, which is the oldest association of the philosophical community in India. I have been associated for a long time with the Russian Academy of Sciences located at Volkhonka Street, Central Moscow. It has been doing an excellent work in promoting the cause of philosophy through research, seminars, conferences, and publications. The location of the Institute is as important as the work it has been doing. We are sure that shifting the Institute from the present location will adversely affect the functioning of the Institute. The Indian Philosophical Congress expresses its support to the Institute hoping that it will not be disturbed from its present location.
